Featured in July 202 Issue of Computer Arts & Proud of it!
Yesterday I visited Milwaukee’s Barnes & Nobles and I picked up latest issue of Computer Arts 2012 (issue 202) I’m definitelly in it! Few months ago, before my trip to Poland I talked to Angela and she loved my work and decided to featured my 2 illustrations.
Am I allowed to say I’m psyched and happy ?!
This is a huge accomplishment for me. I’ve been reading their UK version for quite a while and this is by far the best arts/digital arts magazine.

Marta Spendowska Computer Arts 202 Feature 2012
From the Computer Arts 202 magazine :
Marta Spendowska graduated with a masters degree in management and marketing, only to find herself stuck in a “dead-end” job, dreaming of life as creative. Not one for wasting time, she quit her job in Poland and head to the US to follow her dreams.
Having completed an internship while studying in Atlanta, Georgia, she knew that the US was the perfect place to achieve her ambition:
I sold my first painting in Atlanta, sitting on on the pavement outside Whole Foods. That was the the moment when I realized how things could be so different if I pursued my life as an artist in States
Currently working as an illustrator, print and web designer, she finds all aspects of her career satisying.
Today I think in watercolors and HTML. Coding for me is like discovering the perfect shade of turquoise. It’s all the same joy.
